Accounts are independently examined and published annually.
Payments are taken by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Your card and bank details go straight to Stripe; Salam Centre never sees or stores them.
Not at present. The Centre currently accepts sadaqah jariyah only.
You set it up once through Stripe with your bank details. The first collection usually takes a few working days while the Direct Debit is confirmed, then it is collected on the same date each month. You are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, and you can change or cancel at any time from your account.
A promise to give on a date that suits you. Nothing is taken today. We send a reminder before the date with a link to complete your gift, and you can change or cancel the pledge at any time.
No. You can give as a guest. An account lets you see your history, download receipts, manage monthly gifts and update your Gift Aid declaration. Sign in with a link sent to your email — there is no password to remember.
Yes, at any time from your account, or by emailing us. No further contact will follow unless you ask for it.
