Our purpose
The Exchange provides the professional infrastructure that growing organisations require.
An office, a registered address and a room in which to meet clients are often the point at which a small organisation stalls. The Exchange makes that step straightforward, on terms suited to a business still finding its scale.
It is a commercial workspace specified to a professional standard: resilient connectivity, considered furniture, generous natural light and meeting rooms available when required. That it sits in a building with a prayer hall, a nursery and a studio is, for many members, the reason it works.
The name
An exchange is where people meet to trade ideas, expertise and opportunity. The name reflects the floor's purpose: a place where Wales's businesses, charities and founders encounter one another as much as a place to work.

Flexible desks
£6 per day
Sit where there's room. Best if you're in two or three days a week and don't need to leave anything behind.

A lockable room for two to twelve, furnished and ready, on rolling terms rather than a five-year lease. Priced on application.

Meeting rooms
£15 per hour
Four rooms from a two-person booth to a boardroom for sixteen. Bookable by members and by anyone else.

Private offices are priced on application. Founder rates are held for members who register before opening.

Shared kitchen facilities
Fridge, microwave, dishwasher and worktop space, so lunch does not have to mean leaving the building.
Breakout space
Informal seating away from the desks, for the conversation that should not happen over a monitor.
High-speed Wi-Fi
Full-fibre leased line with a backup connection, and a wired point at every dedicated desk.
Free parking
On-site parking for members and their visitors, at no extra charge and with no permit system.
Meeting rooms
Four rooms, from a two-person booth to a boardroom for sixteen, bookable by members and by the hour for everyone else.
Business address service
Registered office and trading address in Cardiff, with post scanned and forwarded. Useful long before you need a desk.
Podcast & content studio
Acoustically treated, multi-camera and properly lit. Book it with or without an operator.
Printing
Colour, mono, scan and bind, with print credit included on every membership tier.
Networking events
Founder evenings, funding clinics and skills sessions — the reason to be in a building rather than a spare room.

Before you enquire.
No. The Exchange is a commercial workspace open to everyone, and plenty of members won't be Muslim. The building is alcohol-free; beyond that it works like any other workspace.
Members have access from 07:00 to 22:00, seven days a week. Reception is staffed during core hours, and the building is secured outside them.
Yes. All four rooms are available by the hour or the day, with the same AV and catering options members get.
Prayer & Discovery, which includes a prayer space open to everyone, is being prepared in the same building.
The nursery is in the same building, in its own wing with a separate entrance. Places will be offered through the operator once appointed.
Desk, meeting room and membership rates are confirmed. Private offices are priced on application, according to room size and term. Founder rates are held for anyone who registers before opening.
